Refunds

We at Labells do not offer refunds, however items may be returned at your discretion.

Exchanges

-Unwanted items may be returned to us (at your expense) for an exchange up to 5days of receiving your item. All items must be in it's original packaging and in an unused and unworn condition.

-Any damaged or stained items (with makeup) will not be accepted for an exchange and your original item will be sent back to you.

-An exchange would be issued on the unlikely situation that you have received a faulty or damaged item.

-Sale items are exempt from exchanges.

Return Expenses

-Customers are  responsible for the shipping of their return/exchange item.

-Shipping costs are from original item purchased are  non-refundable.
